1. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full or agreed installment payment is completed.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

  • The course is delivered online and access is granted digitally.

2. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed installment plan before course access is granted.

  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect students who have already enrolled and paid.

  • Any transaction or payment confirmation issues must be reported promptly.

3. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for this course are final.

  • No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued once payment has been completed.

  • By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy regardless of participation level or completion status.

4. Course Access & Usage

  • Course materials include videos, documents, templates, and resources.

  • Access is granted solely to the enrolled student.

  • Sharing, copying, reproducing, reselling, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course content remains the intellectual property of the course instructor.

  • Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning purposes only.

  • Students may apply the skills learned for personal or freelance projects but may not redistribute course materials.

6. Student Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Participate respectfully and professionally during sessions.

  • Complete assignments independently.

  • Avoid plagiarism or misrepresentation of work.

  • Follow all class rules and instructor guidelines.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the course without refund.

7. Certificate & Completion

  • Certificates are issued only to students who:

    • Complete all required assignments

    • Participate actively in the course

    • Launch at least one functional WordPress website

  • The instructor reserves the right to withhold certificates if requirements are not met.

8. Optional Incentives

  • Any incentives such as paid gigs, referrals, or portfolio features are not guaranteed.

  • Selection is based solely on performance, commitment, and quality of work.

  • These incentives do not form a contractual obligation.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The course provides educational content only.

  • The instructor is not responsible for:

    • Business outcomes

    • Financial loss

    • Client disputes

    • Technical issues beyond course control

  • Success depends on individual effort, practice, and application.

10. Modifications to Course or Terms

  • The instructor reserves the right to:

    • Update course content

    • Adjust schedules if necessary

    • Modify these Terms and Conditions at any time

  • Any updates will be communicated to enrolled students.

11. Termination of Access

Access to the course may be terminated without refund if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Course materials are shared or misused

  • Disruptive or unethical behavior occurs

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
